Generation Girl is a non-profit organization equips girls with hard and soft skills to become future STEM leaders (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math).

This handbook is your guideline during the Summit (Onboarding and Training Bootcamp) for the 3rd batch of the Leaders Program. What can you find in this handbook? You can check your readiness for onboarding, get workshop schedules, read program details, rules, and schedules, and fill out some required forms.🤩

Leaders Summit is a series of workshops, training sessions, and sharing sessions with experts from GenG HQ and industry partners. The goal is to equip Leaders from various regions with the knowledge and skills needed to build a community, develop leadership, and manage communities in the field of STEM 👩🏻‍🔬👩🏻‍💻👷🏻‍♀️👩🏻‍🏫.
 
This is a mandatory activity for leaders to attend so they can gain a comprehensive understanding of the context and knowledge needed to implement inclusive empowerment programs in their local communities ♡

Rules
  • Check-in starts at 19:00 WIB every Workshop and Training Leaders Schedule. Please be ready in front of your laptop with the required software needed in the class, and standby in Zoom Meeting. We’ll be waiting for you!
  • Don’t forget to turn on your webcam and microphone, we want to see and hear you! And please rename the Zoom Meeting by your Nickname_Chapters_Role
  • Please be ready 15 minutes before the online class start, we want everyone to stick on the schedule so that you won’t miss any materials. Check out the schedules dan materials to refresh your memory
  • You must attend all of the days of the Workshop and Training as a Leaders. It’s mandatory for all of the Leaders.
  • Leaders who meet all of the requirements below will receive all the benefits of being a Leaders:
    • Minimum of 80% overall attendance,
    • Fill out the pre-form, mid-form post-form,
    • Actively contribute on the role in chapter.
    • The benefits can’t be sent to the Leaders if one of the requirements is not satisfied.
  • We always ensure that our programs are accessible! However since we are doing the remote-work, please actively participate in all of events of this Leaders program.
